The Dimitri Fold
Lay the napkin flat on the table with the embroidery facing down and positioned toward the bottom edge.
Fold the right side of the napkin inward so its edge meets the center of the napkin.
Fold the left side inward over the previous fold, forming a long rectangle.
Fold the top of the napkin down by about one quarter of its length.
Repeat this top fold once more, bringing it further downtoward the center.
Starting from the bottom edge, roll the napkin upward toward the folded top until the embroidery becomes visible on the front.
Adjust the roll so it is tight and even; the visible embroidery indicates the finished Dimitri fold.
