Joel Robuchon Napkin Tie Style Fold
Lay the napkin flat on the table with the back side facing up.
Fold the right side of the napkin over the left side.
Starting from the bottom edge, roll the napkin tightly toward the top until you reach the end.
Rotate the napkin.
Place the napkin tie face down on the table and position the rolled napkin
across the center of the tie.
Bring the ends of the tie up and secure a neat knot at the center of the napkin roll.
Gently twist or twirl the napkin on both sides of the tie to create an elegant ribbon effect.
